Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good fundamentals in relational databases – MS SQLInstall.
∎ configure, and maintain SQL Server, Data backup, and recovery processes.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, securing, and operating databases and also ensures that data is correctly stored and retrieved.
∎ Installing, configuring, and upgrading database software and tools.
∎ Monitoring database performance and identifying potential issues.
∎ Troubleshooting database errors and performance issues.
∎ Basic understanding of Network solutions.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT related equipment such as PC, server, laptop, printer, Close circuit camera system, router, switch, firewalls etc.
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Directory, DNS Server and File Server on Windows Platform·
∎ Diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems
