• Strong understanding of various operating systems, network protocol & hardware components,

• Knowledge Biometric Attendance & ERP system

• Manages, maintains, and supports computer systems, networks, and software as the primary technical support contact.

• Installs, configures, and maintains computer servers, printers, routers, and switches.

• Implements security measures, including antivirus protection and data backup .

• Maintains an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.

• Coordinates with IT contractors, vendors, and service providers.
