∎ Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and is accountable for driving tasks through to completion

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Internal server, network management, end-user support, and existing software administration.
∎ Install, configure, and support large-scale production and network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network equipment.
∎ Network troubleshooting and fault analysis, hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge of network fundamentals and general network/ device configuration.
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all IT software and equipment.
∎ You must have practical knowledge of installing and configuring networking equipment, such as routers (MikroTiK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), and wireless devices.
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trucking protocol, and inter-VLAN routing.
∎ Plan and manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the team management.
