Responsibilities & Context:
* Maintain office computers, software, and network systems
* Install and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
* Manage internet, router, and basic network setup
* Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
* Manage domain, hosting, and assist in website maintenance when required.
* Create or assist with basic UI/UX layouts for websites or digital platforms
* Design simple social media graphics or templates using tools like Canva.
* Handle basic social media posting and page management on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
* Assist with basic digital marketing activities including content posting and simple Search Engine Optimization (SEO) support.
*Ensure regular data backup and maintain basic IT security.
