Acme Technologies Ltd. একটি বহুমুখী ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান যা real estate, construction, artificial intelligence এবং logistics services-এ কাজ করে। আমাদের টিমে একজন দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল IT Executive নিয়োগ করা হবে।
🔍 যোগ্যতা:
• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রিধারী (প্রতিষ্ঠিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে)
• ১–২ বছরের প্রাসঙ্গিক অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার, তবে সম্ভাবনাময় fresh graduates-দেরও আবেদন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে
• IT systems, networks ও সাধারণ troubleshooting সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা
• দায়িত্বশীল, সমস্যার সমাধানে পারদর্শী এবং সহায়ক মনোভাবসম্পন্ন
🛠 মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
• কোম্পানির IT system ও infrastructure মনিটরিং এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
• User support প্রদান (hardware, software এবং network সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধান)
• Communication platforms (email, messaging tools ইত্যাদি) পরিচালনা
• নিয়মিত data backup এবং ডেটা সিকিউরিটি নিশ্চিতকরণ
• Server maintenance এবং system updates পরিচালনা
• ERP systems-এ user access ও roles ম্যানেজমেন্ট
• কোম্পানির website মেইনটেইন ও আপডেট
• IT inventory (hardware, software, licenses) ট্র্যাকিং ও ব্যবস্থাপনা
