Responsibilities & Context:
∎ An experienced and driven professional is sought for the position of IT & Digital Operations Manager. This role involves leading IT and digital marketing initiatives while managing the infrastructure, development, and performance of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and team leadership to ensure seamless digital operations, robust local SEO, and effective online marketing efforts.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on increasing local visibility and engagement.
∎ Optimize Google Business Profile, local listings, and location-based keywords to boost local SEO rankings.
∎ Execute targeted ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube.
∎ Plan and manage email, SMS, and social media campaigns tailored to local market trends.
∎ Track campaign performance and provide analytical reports with actionable insights.
∎ Oversee a custom-coded website and other digital platforms to ensure high performance, security, and UX.
∎ Coordinate with developers and designers to implement new features and updates.
∎ Monitor website and system operations, identifying and resolving technical issues proactively.
∎ Ensure all systems are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
∎ Lead and support a team of developers, designers, and digital marketing staff.
∎ Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely project completion.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and branding teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
