∎ Skills Required: Off Page SEO, On page SEO, SEO, Digital Marketing, WordPress and Database knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job will have three main responsibilities and some other additional ones based on the requirement.
∎ Responsibility 1: Database
∎ Children's Hope is planning to move all of its current paperwork to an online database system which is in the development stage. The job will require you to be the focal point of this task. It will be your responsibility to understand the requirement for the software by sitting with the management and then communicate them to the developers (contractors) so the process runs smoothly.
∎ Be active and keep track of the progress by keeping in touch with the contractors to ensure that the software gets delivered on time and get full control over it.
∎ Train employees within the organization on how to use the database software once it is developed.
∎ Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. Also, make sure to keep regular backup of the database and do other maintenance work.
∎ Provide assistance to the database system users and resolve issues.
∎ Responsibility 2: Digital Promotion
∎ Create and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Come up with new and creative strategies for growth through digital marketing.
∎ Create Banners, Images, Promotions etc. to be displayed on the Social Media
∎ Responsibility 3: Website
∎ Maintain and coordinate the development of new content, updating existing content, removing outdated content
∎ Review the official website to ensure that Web-deliverable content is of high quality and relevant to current interests, and is available to the largest possible web audience.
∎ Integrate web strategies with social media strategies
∎ Other Responsibilities:
∎ The above-mentioned responsibilities are your core duties within the organization. However, based on need, you might be assigned particular tasks from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years' experience (Fresher's are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Experienced in SEO and Digital Marketing
∎ Experienced in Content writing.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
∎ Database management
∎ Knowledge in domain and web hosting
∎ Familiarity with Content Management System (WordPress)
∎ Excellent English verbal communication skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ 36,500-39,500 BDT
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ 13th Month Salary
∎ As per Organization Policy.
