Experience:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
No 3rd Class /Division or equivalent CGPA will not be accepted at any stage of the academic career.
Business Analysis certification such as IIBA (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) or PMI-PBA or PMP
Ability to work with complex, high-volume transaction systems.
Sound knowledge on transaction flow, business flow, Cyber security and regulatory compliance. ·
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.·
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.·
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.·
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.·
Hands-on experience in development, quality assurance, and application management is an added advantage.
Business Requirements Analysis:
· Lead stakeholder workshops to uncover business needs, pain points, and measurable outcomes.
· Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories), maintaining a delivery-ready backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
· Manage demand intake and prioritization by consolidating requests, clarifying value/effort, and aligning stakeholders on what gets delivered first.
· Translate business intent into functional specs, data needs, and end-to-end process flows.
· Drive requirement validation, scope control, and formal sign-off to prevent rework and delays.
Solution Design Support:
· Align business goals with architecture and solution designs across digital banking and back-office systems.
· Define use cases, workflows, interface requirements, and exception handling for seamless customer journeys.
· Evaluate solution options and impacts (process, cost, risk, compliance) and recommend the best-fit approach.
Project Delivery Support:
· Partner with PMs, engineers, QA, and vendors to deliver releases on time and with quality.
· Provide day-to-day requirement clarification, change impact analysis, and solution walkthroughs to unblock delivery.
· Track small change requests (CRs) end-to-end—log, assess impact, prioritize, and drive closure with clear status reporting.
· Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirement to build, test, and deployment (RTM).
Testing & User Acceptance Support:
· Create business-driven test scenarios, test data needs, and edge cases for high-volume transaction and exception flows.
· Lead and support SIT/UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and stakeholder communications.
· Validate outputs against agreed requirements and ensure readiness for go-live and post-release support.
Vendor & Development Coordination:
· Coordinate across vendor products and in-house builds to ensure integration, timelines, and dependencies are managed.
· Run requirement clarifications with vendors and developers to close gaps early and reduce delivery risk.
· Review vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with functional requirements, security, and regulatory needs.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
· Own requirement documentation and artifacts (BRD/FRD/User Stories, RTM, wireframes, process maps) end-to-end.
· Produce crisp BRDs that align business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
· Create functional specs and API/interface notes that enable accurate build and faster testing.
· Map “as-is” and “to-be” journeys to optimize operations and improve customer experience.
· Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and translate them into delivery-ready backlog items.
