Minimum Graduate/Diploma (3 years) in CSE/ETE/IT.
Additional degree in the relevant field will be added advantage.

Skills Required: CCTV Installation,Hardware & Networking
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
Provide user level support in daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills.
Assist with end user system updates and monitoring. Including: spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.
Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/the office.
