Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma

• Minimum Graduate/Diploma (3 years) in CSE/ETE/IT.

• Additional degree in the relevant field will be added advantage.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.

• Provide user level support in daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills.

• Assist with end user system updates and monitoring. Including: spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.

• Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.

• Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.

• Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/the office.
