Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate/Diploma (3 years) in CSE/ETE/IT.
∎ Additional degree in the relevant field will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCTV Installation, Hardware & Networking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Provide user level support in daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills.
∎ Assist with end user system updates and monitoring. Including: spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.
∎ Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor printers, copiers, and fax machines, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Preferably 02 (two) years experience in the relevant field.
