Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BdCOM s, CISCO Router, CISCO SWITCH, Mikrotick Router, Minimam 2 years Isp Noc Support and Manage cisco, Nexus Switch
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, link delivery and troubleshooting of customer premise devices.
∎ Diagnosing customer end network configuration issues and network performance.
∎ New customer Internet and data service provisioning for customer end devices like Wifi Router, Mikrotik.
∎ Customer focused with pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Liaising with last mile service providers for fault resolution.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification)
∎ Provide corporate and retail support at end users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking.
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OS, firewall.
∎ Cisco Router,Cisco Switch,Nexus Switch,Mikrotik router Handeling
∎ Should have strong networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork.
∎ Able to work any time as per requirement.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ monthly salary will fixed negotiation salary range 20000 to 35000 festival bonus 2 time depended on company situation 30% to 40%
