∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,MTCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,MTCNA
∎ Skills Required: ISP, MTCNA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BDCOM, Cisco, ISP, Mikrotik
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing logical troubleshooting support for infrastructure backbone,and L2/L3 services of ISP etc.)
∎ Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ System monitoring and response.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Roaster duty (Day Shift/ Night Shift).
∎ Data Center Management, LAN/WAN Support From Noc.
∎ Ability to work outside of normal business hours (on occasion) such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 13000 (Monthly)
