• Master of Business Management (MBM)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Agriculture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Agriculture

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support coordination and monitoring of QarboGrow product trials with partner farms and research bodies.

• Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for research and product registration with relevant authorities.

• Support liaising with local organizations such as BARI, BRRI, DAE, universities, and distribution partners.

• Gather and organize field data, photos, and progress updates from ongoing trials.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for trial planning and communication.

• Prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  Conduct background research on crops, agricultural regulations, and market insights in Bangladesh.

  Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.

• Strong interest in agriculture, sustainability, or research coordination.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable liaising with government and research institutions.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data handling.

• Willingness to travel to trial sites when needed.
  
  Preferred Skills (Optional):
  

• Prior involvement in agricultural projects, research administration, or stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Bangladesh’s agricultural ecosystem and regulatory environment.

• Experience/Interests in documentation, reporting, or project management tools.
