Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make International relationships with colleges, institutes, universities, pathway providers, HE provider Groups, and B2B platforms.
∎ Regular update the contact list.
∎ Update our business profile regularly.
∎ Understand recruitment policy, requirements, and compliance issues of student placement to an institution.
∎ Understand the Tuition fees refund policy and commission disbursement policy.
∎ Ensure commission from the institution. Make a commission claim time chart, including contact point, proper commission Boucher and other documents.
∎ Train the application team, marketing team, counselor, and front desk officers about recruitment policy, market updates, and any instant changes.
∎ Share updated information and new selling point with the marketing manager, Head of the Dhaka branch, Head of Sylhet, application coordinator, and Head of application.
∎ Give guidance to the marketing manager. And shortlist the semester subjects list and inform the whole team about the next intake of selling institutions. Then, the entire team will prepare a plan based on this information.
∎ Keep in touch with GM for emergencies and arrange regular meetings with the CEO.
∎ Student interview preparation.
∎ Liable to CEO to report all required activities and Maintain office etiquette.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have work experience of at least three years with foreign universities.
∎ Must be able to hook some universities with the organization within a brief period.
∎ Must have depth knowledge regarding the foreign student recruitment industry.
∎ Must know local and international student recruitment market.
∎ Must have an excellent command of English.
Salary:
∎ 60K TO 120 K (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
