∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing or international Business.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as an international marketing representative of local overseas manpower recruiting company to other countries.
∎ Liaisons with foreign employment and HR division of various kinds of foreign companies those are recruiting foreign manpower from Bangladesh likes workers, labors, etc.
∎ Analyze foreign manpower requirements of different companies and correspondence with them accordingly to process of foreign employment and supplying manpower from our country.
∎ Contract negotiation from Bangladeshi worker, process identification, coordination with foreign company according to their respective countries manpower and immigration law and following procedure.
∎ Take care of legal right of supplying overseas worker and solve their various problems faced by workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English language must.
∎ Must needed local valid Driving License.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per company policy.
