Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to Attain incoming calls of agencies to solve problems.
∎ Conduct Tele Marketing to boost business with dedicated team.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer,
∎ ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Perform every call Proactively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for assigned jobs.
∎ Deliver volume from existing agents against agreed budget
∎ Deliver new volume by meeting agent recruitment objectives
∎ Research opportunities to derive new business
∎ Maintain a very keen awareness of competitor activity.
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategy.
∎ Manage the marketing function to include marketing, site branding and promotions as well as
∎ cover electronic and print media.
∎ Promote excellent customer service standards.
∎ Manage relationship managers' day to day activities, setting priorities.
∎ Support promotional events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Fluent English and Bengali essential.
∎ Business to business relationship or sales experience desirable.
∎ MS Office - proficient in Excel and Word.
∎ Strong numeracy.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Ability to confidently represent the organization externally.
∎ Results-orientated; proactive and positive approach.
∎ Team management experience.
∎ Ability to priorities own workload and manage that of direct reports.
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Demonstrate high level of energy and initiative.
