Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated International Client Relations Executive to join our team in the Go Embassy Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to provide top-notch customer service and support for our international clients. The candidate must be adaptable, smart, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information on services and assist clients with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Adapt to various customer service tools and technologies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
