Responsibilities & Context:
Airlines ticketing & reservation: creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travelport/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
Assist visa processing
Provide fare quotations and pricing to the customers.
Creating market opportunities, client hunting
Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target
Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts
manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update the reservation team and others accordingly
providing visas and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
interpret IATA regulations and be conversant with the IATA portal.
