Responsibilities & Context:

Develop an overall understanding of the Supply Chains through a guided process

Capture and analyze data on supply chain operations.

Review and Develop projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Measure, Analyze and report supply chain performance to management.

Conduct inventory analysis and prepare relevant reports.

Analyze supply market and profiling of potential vendors

Retrieve spend data, analyze and recommend sourcing strategies

Develop and submit RFQs and RFIs for managerial review before sending to suppliers.

Oversee procurement activities, including supplier pre-qualification, negotiation, contract preparation, and purchase order processing.

Collaborate with local and international procurement teams to improve service delivery
