∎ Process applications for foreign universities.
∎ Consult with students and guardians over the phone and in person regarding the admission procedures of foreign universities.
∎ Maintain, organise, and update the student database by ensuring organised records.
∎ Stay up to date with university guidelines, application requirements, and admission policies to provide accurate information to students.
∎ Communicate effectively with partner universities to resolve queries related to student applications or program-specific concerns.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, providing consistent follow-ups to ensure successful application completion.
∎ Monitor application deadlines and guide students through timely submission of necessary documents.
