Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying potential clients, understanding market trends, and analyzing competitor activities.
∎ Developing leads through various channels, including phone calls and emails, and maintaining records.
∎ Accompanying sales representatives on property visits to assist with client interactions and demonstrations.
∎ Preparing reports, documents, and client follow-up materials.
∎ Participating in sales training programs and shadowing experienced sales professionals.
∎ Working closely with the sales team to achieve goals and contribute to overall sales efforts.
