Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Majoring in Management, International Relations, Political Science and Social Science or related field)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position holder fulfills the following tasks:
∎ Provide administrative and logistical support, as required, to the
∎ Program Team and local stakeholders in relation to the implementation of program activities such as training, workshops, and meetings.
∎ Contribute to program administration and support through budget drafting and tracking, oral and written reporting, and participation in planning and evaluation discussions.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, preparing presentations, and managing external events.
∎ Plan and organize events for visiting program partners.
∎ Prepare program materials for trainers and fieldwork as necessary.
∎ Arrange in-country travel logistics as needed for the Program Team members.
∎ Organize information from weekly, bi-weekly and monthly field reports from Program Team members.
∎ Assist Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Team with monitoring of program activities, targets, and accomplishments, and ensuring the quality of program performance and reporting.
∎ Performing other duties or project-related work as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Support to the PAR team to prepare event and activity budgets;
∎ Support to the PAR team to support the implementation and documentation of the program events in Dhaka and subnational levels;
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
