- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Create and maintain documentation like business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for analysts and management.
- Support process improvement initiatives with proposed solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand needs.
- Assist in testing new systems and tools for alignment with business goals.
- Provide analytical support for project execution and timeline management.
