Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science (Agriculture / Fisheries / Agri. Economics) / Social Science/ Economics & Related Discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Agriculture/ Forestry,Computer Skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to ensure effective plans & implementation of Livelihoods TP (farm & non-farm) by aligning with model/approach & guideline.
∎ Support the team in networking & linkage between producers and different stakeholders (including member-based organization) for market promotion.
∎ Support to ensure the monitoring system at local (Area Programme /Area Programme Cluster) level and Learn to develop monitoring tools.
∎ Assist to establish partnership among internal/external stakeholders' in program implementation & sustainability.
∎ Assist to ensure evidence-based documentation of Livelihoods programs and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Effective Facilitation & Communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Understand advocacy theory, process and practice.
∎ Strong political awareness and judgment.
∎ Enable for quantitative & quantitative monitoring by developing applied monitoring tools.
∎ Positive Attitude.
∎ Techniques for presenting information.
∎ Self-Motivated.
∎ Reporting & documentation knowledge.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power point.

Salary:
∎ BDT 18000 (Monthly allowance)
