Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree from any reputed university, preferably in English/ social and environmental sciences.

Job Context:
∎ Job Title: Intern, Humanitarian Programme
∎ Responsible to: Programme Officer/ Programme Manager
∎ Project Duration: November 2021 to April 2022 (6 Months).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation and Reporting -
∎ Assist Programme Officer/Manager to develop high quality documents and demonstrate creativity in writing and presenting documents.
∎ Assist to produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials.
∎ Assist to write event reports, meeting minutes, developing IEC materials and publish them through various platforms for the wider audience.
∎ Assist to design and develop communication materials (i.e., printed infographics, one-pagers, flyers, newsletter, banner etc.) to reflect the key messages for distribution to donors, media, stakeholders, and partners through a variety of mediums.
∎ Conceptualize, design, post in, and administer the social media platform (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube)
∎ Assist to develop proposal, concept note, situation report, action plans for the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordination, Collaboration and Networking:
∎ Participate in regular staff meetings (weekly, Monthly and need basis).
∎ Maintain regular and effective coordination with the regional, national, and local level stakeholders with the active help of Programme Office/ Programme Manager.
∎ Accountability and Safeguarding:
∎ Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages of programme implementation.
∎ If required, travel to project areas and mobilize related stakeholders and beneficiary communities as per the project activities with the active support of relevant project staff.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills.
∎ IT skills (Microsoft Office, social media); sound knowledge on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc. is an advantage.
∎ Good research, writing, and analytical skills.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla.

Salary: Tk. 9000 - 10000 (Monthly)
