Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in HR & Finance / Marketing (Student of BRAC University is preferable)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR: Ensure smooth Implementation of Group HR Policies and Code of Conduct, Recruitment & selection process in terms of primary selection, Preparation of monthly Pay Roll Sheet and Maintaining all HR issues as per roll of the Organization
∎ Finance: Ensure to maintain all activities relating to recoding, posting and reconciliation including vouching and preparation of Accounts for Finance Intern.
∎ Marketing: Plan and execute all marketing plan, marketing database, communicate with clients for company promotion purposes, preparing promotional plans, Recordkeeping in both offline and online formats for Marketing Intern
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package
∎ Must be Smart & Energetic
∎ Multitasking Ability
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ As per group policy, salary will be reviewed in a smart package after successfully completing the internship if he/she qualified with our criteria to be a permanent employee.
