Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engg. (Elect./Mech.) with MBA from any reputed university.
∎ In case of highly experienced candidate educational requirements may be relaxed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall work as team leader.
∎ Create new corporate/ industrial or group clients and achieve the sales target.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly work report of performing activities.
∎ Work towards building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Performing professional presentations or demonstrations of company while on-site; overcoming objective/hesitation of prospective customers.
∎ Building and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for growing customer base.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target.
∎ Evaluate customer feedback to understand client needs and find out the points where customers lack of satisfaction.
∎ To prepare Monthly target vs. achievement report in the basis of collection of his team.
∎ Report directly to General Manager/Sector head
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/7 years of working experience in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area (s): Electric Cables / Sub-station/Generator/ Electrical Goods.
∎ Should have good mentality, smart, presentable, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic.
∎ Should have computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Office suites).
∎ Must have leadership quality, be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
∎ Be performance driven and result oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
