∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management
Job Context:
∎ Job Title: Intern, HR and Admin
∎ Responsible to: Admin and HR Manager
∎ Duration: 4 Months
∎ Job Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage employee’s data using Microsoft application and HR Software where applicable
∎ Assist in the recruitment process
∎ Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
∎ Support the implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Procurement Plans, monitor progress and make suggestions for overcoming bottlenecks;
∎ Provide general administrative support
∎ Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
∎ Perform data entry and scan documents
∎ Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
∎ Maintain contact lists
∎ Assist in resolving any administrative problems
∎ Maintain vehicle records
∎ Update stock register
∎ Perform other related duties as required.
∎ Coordination, Collaboration and Networking:
∎ Participate regular staff meetings (weekly, Monthly and need basis).
∎ Ensure good relations with donor agencies and other relevant stakeholders in the programme locations.
∎ Maintain regular and effective coordination with the regional, national and local level stakeholders.
∎ Accountability and Safeguarding:
∎ Represent the organization to key stakeholders and provide them with information about programme objectives, risks, constraints and progress.
∎ Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages of programme implementation.
∎ Travel frequently to project areas and mobilize related stakeholders and beneficiary communities as per the project activities.
∎ Integrate protection safeguarding measures throughout programme design.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

∎ Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills;
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla;
