Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and results-driven junior officer to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our students, responsible for understanding their aspirations, guiding them through the complex landscape of international education, and ensuring a seamless and successful application journey.
- Student onboarding and profile assessment
- University shortlisting process.
- Application documentation checklist and review.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per the required students’ necessary documents, received emails, and application process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
- Guide students through the university (UK, USA, Australia & Schengen) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
