Research and write engaging, SEO-optimized content for our website (service pages, blog articles, and success stories), brochures, email campaigns, and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
SOP and essay editing workflow.
Student onboarding and profile assessment
University shortlisting process.
Application documentation checklist and review.
Visa application guidance process.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per the required students’ necessary documents, received emails, and application process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
Guide students through the university (UK, USA, Australia & Schengen) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
