Upon completion of 6 month internship based on performance he/she may be appointed as full time employee.
Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both English and BengaliGood interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of sales/marketing tools or CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to learn and a strong sense of initiative
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends relevant to the business
Assist in lead generation and maintain a database of potential clients or partners
Participate in client outreach via email, phone, or social media
Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports
Help develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
Attend meetings and assist in follow-up communications with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations
