We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as intern in Design & Creative, Finance & Accounts, IT, HR, or Business Development & Research Department , Supply Chain management to gain practical experience and contribute to impactful projects.

Intern- Design & Creative /Finance & Accounts/Marketing/HR/Business Development & Research/IT/SCM

Finance & Accounts Department:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Perform bookkeeping, reconciliation, and account management tasks.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and participate in audits.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

  IT Departments

• Assist with IT system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.

• Collaborate on software and application development projects.

• Help manage databases, networks, and cybersecurity tasks.

• Contribute to IT documentation and system updates.

• Research and recommend innovative technology solutions.

  HR Departments

• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and screening resumes.

• Help with onboarding activities for new hires.

• Assist in preparing HR documents like job offers, confirmation letters, etc.

• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and other queries.

• Support HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

  Business Development & Research

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

• Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.

• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

• Support lead generation and client relationship management.

• Track project progress and prepare reports for leadership.

  Design Department 

• Assist in creating visual content (e.g., social media posts, banners, brochures, packaging).

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams on design projects.

• Conduct research on design trends, competitor visuals, and creative references.

• Support in revising and editing designs based on feedback.

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and project assets.

• Learn and apply design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  Marketing Department

•  Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Support content creation for social media, blogs, and promotional materials.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Help manage and update marketing databases and CRM tools.

• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and branding activities.

• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports for review.

• Supply Chain Management Department

• Assist in monitoring and updating inventory records to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order processing and delivery schedules.

• Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of supply chain performance reports.

• Help in planning and tracking logistics, shipment, and distribution activities.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to procurement and supply chain operations.
