• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 30 to 37 years
• Only Male

• Ability to maintain multiple projects at a time.
• Strong knowledge about interior material estimation. Prepare materials requisition as per required.

• Supervise and monitor interior fit-out and renovation works at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, BoQ, and project
• schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, Client, contractors, subcontractors,
• and suppliers.
• Prepare and review site measurements, material requirements, and work progress
• reports.
• Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, glass,
• and furniture installation works.
• Ensure proper quality control and maintain finishing standards at every stage of the
• project.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design and
• project teams.
• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and site activities to minimize wastage
• and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and project requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, work schedules, measurement records, and project
• documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management
