Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor who specializes in board interior works (MDF, Particle Board, Plywood, Laminated Board, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing interior projects efficiently on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all interior works at project sites

• Ensure proper execution of board interior works (kitchen, wardrobe, cabinets, etc.)

• Implement designs according to drawings and specifications

• Manage carpenters, technicians, and labor teams

• Maintain work quality and ensure timely project completion

• Prepare site reports and update the office regularly

• Handle material management and quality checking
