Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to understand and translate requirements into effective interior designs
∎ Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed drawings to visualize and communicate design ideas
∎ Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project's functional and aesthetic requirements
∎ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials, furniture, and fixtures and oversee the installation process
∎ Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project requirements
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative and sustainable design practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
∎ Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and building systems Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate concepts into practical designs
∎ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
