- Project Scheduling: Developing a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Contractor Management: Managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with contractor and suppliers
- Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction and installation process on-site.
- Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Budget making, Monitoring project expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects and designers to ensure smooth project flow.
- Project closeout: Finalizing project documentation, including as-built drawing and final payment.
