∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (Life, Health, or Agricultural Insurance preferred).
∎ Experience working with NGOs, MFIs, or marginalized farming communities is highly desirable.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency is a plus).
∎ Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned areas.
∎ Knowledge of insurance policies, claim handling, and financial literacy programs.
∎ Passion for rural financial inclusion and digital finance solutions.

∎ Sell Cattle Insurance, Crop Insurance, Aquaculture Insurance, Health & Life Insurance for Farmers, and Farm & Equipment Insurance.
∎ Promote insurance coverage for Farm Machinery, Farm Utility Vehicles (FUVs), and Heavy Agricultural Equipment, ensuring farmers and agribusinesses are protected against financial risks.
∎ Engage with marginalized farmers, rural businesses, and cooperatives to provide financial protection through insurance.
∎ Build relationships with NGOs, MFIs, cooperatives, and financial institutions to expand market reach.
∎ Conduct on-site visits, awareness sessions, and community engagement programs.
∎ Educate farmers on financial literacy, risk management, and insurance benefits.Customer Support & Market Expansion:
∎ Assist farmers in policy selection, claim processing, and renewals.
∎ Provide real-time feedback to improve product offerings.
