Educational Requirements:
∎ Hons degree ongoing or completed.
∎ Academic background requirements are relaxed for technically skilled candidates.
∎ Having vendor certification will be an advantage but NOT mandatory.
∎ Skills Required: Leadership, Microsoft Office Programs, Photoshop and Illustrator, Sound Computer skill and good communication skill, teaching and training
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Instructors (Computer) to instruct students and professionals, develop course modules, and contribute to the growth of our institute. Freshers are encouraged to apply too.
∎ National Youth Development Training Institute (NYDTI) is a recognized institution registered under the Youth Development Department of Bangladesh. We are one of the largest, most diverse training institutes in Bangladesh, offering a wide range of courses to empower the youth with essential skills and knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instruct students and professionals in various IT courses (Office Program, Graphics, Hardware, Programming, Web Design, Networking, etc.).
∎ Monitor and supervise classroom activities.
∎ Develop course modules and teaching materials.
∎ Assess students' performance, conduct exams, and generate results.
∎ Manage student databases and records.
∎ Conduct classes for professional training courses of various types of clients/students, with durations ranging from 3 months to 3 years.
∎ Perform any other tasks required by the designation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in computer operations.
∎ Sound knowledge of Office programs.
∎ Graphics design, web design, and programming skills.
∎ Basic troubleshooting and technical support.
∎ Email and online-based communication.
∎ Vendor certifications and teaching experience will be an advantage.
∎ Honesty and sincerity are must-have qualities.
∎ Good communication skills.
