Job Context:
∎ Mx3 Linkers Ltd is looking for a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our team in Naya Paltan in Dhaka.
∎ We are looking for a Trainer/Instructor who is willing to prove himself/herself and is creative at the same time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teaching IELTS including spoken English & Fundamental English (A1+A2) to the students.
∎ Conducting placement tests to determine the most suitable courses for students.
∎ Conducting and grading IELTS Practice exams.
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
∎ Follow the materials & outline provided.
∎ Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
∎ Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
∎ Maintaining student attendance & progress cards.
∎ Weekly reporting to the Executive director about the progress of the students.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Excellent teaching skill
∎ IELTS 7+ required (No less than 7.00 in the individual module)
∎ Experience in teaching IELTS and preparing IELTS contents
∎ Must be very fluent in English and confident
∎ Good Presentation and Teaching Skills
∎ An ability to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office, Zoom, and other online platforms
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Will be paid with 1st week of the month.
