Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Equipment Management:
∎ a) Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of ACs, refrigerators, air dryers, and water dispensers.
∎ b) Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems through routine checks and troubleshooting.
∎ 2. Operations and Coordination:
∎ a) Oversee daily tasks, including email communications and team coordination.
∎ b) Manage store requisitions and monitor stock levels for necessary tools and equipment.
∎ c) Prepare monthly reports, checklists, and departmental budgets for electrical, plumbing, and administrative needs.
∎ 3. Welding and Manufacturing Support:
∎ a) Coordinate tasks involving gas/electrical welding for manufacturing racks, trolleys, boxes, and machine parts.
∎ b) Collaborate with teams to ensure quality fabrication of industrial components.
∎ 4. Electrical and Machine Repairs:
∎ a) Supervise wiring, machine installation, and electrical line troubleshooting.
∎ b) Oversee repairs for machines such as spreaders, heat sealers, and fabric inspection equipment.
∎ 5. Fire Door and Safety Compliance:
∎ a) Ensure maintenance of fire doors, including door closers, panic bars, hinges, and handles.
∎ 6. Team Leadership and Backup Support:
∎ a) Act as a substitute manager when required.
∎ b) Lead technical teams for motor winding, PABX troubleshooting, and large-scale finishing projects.
