Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC to Degree in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the incoming material from vendors / suppliers and arrange inspection
∎ Work as team work for planning, managing and executing production operations.
∎ Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices for production operations.
∎ To ensure implementation of daily production plan as per required.
∎ Ensure production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/monthly production report.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out the production processes.
∎ Ensure cost control, rejection/wastage control and Implement cost-optimization initiatives.
∎ Maintain the receipt & issue record on daily basis/regular basis
∎ Ensure periodic assessment of stock regarding shortage / excess / damage.
∎ To check the re-order level report on daily basis
∎ Report on the rejected items suppliers wise / item wise indicating the reason to Management.
∎ To ensure proper placement of qualified items from the Quality Control Inspection Area and final placement of items at appropriate places.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-15 Years marketing experience people will win the job priority basis about the field such as Sweets & Bakery.
∎ Having good knowledge in modern production operation methodology.
∎ Good communication and understanding with Sales & Marketing Team
∎ Ensuring safety and security in functions of production floor and also ensuring compliance.
Salary: Negotiable
