Additional Requirements:

- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of injection moulding and blow moulding machines, tools, and auxiliary equipment.
- Familiarity with moulding parameters like temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with production management or ERP software is a plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to identify basic machine or process-related issues and report or assist in resolving them.
- Strong attention to detail in identifying quality defects.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure machines are running at optimal efficiency with minimal downtime.
- Support shift supervisors in maintaining production schedules and targets.
- Assist in operating and monitoring injection moulding machines during production.
- Report any defects or process deviations to the quality or production supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around machines to ensure contamination-free production.
- Learn and assist in troubleshooting minor issues related to machine operations, mould changes, or product defects.
- Accurately record production data including machine output, downtime, and material usage.
- Submit daily/shift-wise production reports to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to equipment handling and factory procedures.
- Communicate effectively to escalate any production issues in a timely manner.
