∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Fire Safety Manager Course from FSCD.

∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD software
∎ Proficiency in work under pressure

∎ Experience on Structural, Electrical & Fire Safety Audit will be highly preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for modification/renovation of all types of work like Factory as built drawing at structural, Electrical & Fire safety, LPS, Substation Load Management, Industrial load calculation and distribution for new load connection, BBT Renovation/new installation etc.
∎ To prepare maintenance planning, implementation and keep up record
∎ Implementation of electrical & fire safety related works required by buyers, audit firms and sustainably department that influenced the positive feedback from audit (ACCORD/RSC/Buyer Audit).
∎ To design and develop electrical system focusing on budget, quality and safety
∎ Check and maintain all documents to ensure technical requirements as required by law.
∎ To check ER test, IR test and Thermographic test and keep the record.
∎ Factory supervision, control and optimize the consumption of material, and monitor the progress and quality of work by third party.
∎ Operation, Installation, maintenance and monitor all kinds of utility equipment.
∎ Supervise and monitor Substation, DB, SDB, Generator, Air Compressor, RO Plant, Water Pumps, AC etc. and keep record all kind of maintenance related checklist.
∎ Maintain checklist of fire alarm control panel, fire extinguisher, emergency exit light.
∎ To keep daily electricity consumption data and regular communication with BREB.
∎ Keep the maintenance and utility inventory records.
∎ Supplier sourcing, price negotiation with vendor, create & development relationship with new vendor for the purchasing of all maintenance related item.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition (electrical & mechanical item of sewing machine spare parts), collect quotation from vendor, after management approval order to selected vendor.
∎ Conduct Electrical Safety Training, Fire Fighting Prevention & Rescue training for the employees of the factory.
∎ Responsible to control and monitor maintenance department staff properly.
∎ Able to prepare monthly duty roster and submit weekly duty roster to HR department.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
