Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any discipline/Educational qualification may be relax in case of highly experience candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and direct activities of Embroidery to meet daily production plan as per Stitching plan;
∎ Prepare production sample within the time line;
∎ Quality assurance during sample preparation;
∎ Verify setup and adjustment of Embroidery machines;
∎ Monitor man, machine, and material for smooth operation;
∎ Train workers in operation of machines and equipment;
∎ Report on productivity, materials used and inventory;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, and training needs;
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Handle other responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Has to be Good knowledge in embroidery software / Photoshop/ illustrator and relevant things;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Willingness to work shift or roster;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking);
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power point.
