∎ Skills Required: Knit Garments (lingerie item)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Finishing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Finishing personnel team.
∎ To set the target as per the production plan and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Daily production monitoring and target achievement.
∎ To ensure the Shipment schedule.
∎ Any other responsibilities are given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge,
∎ Have knowledge on making Packing list.
∎ Have knowledge of manpower planning
∎ Have knowledge of motivation, team lead, and problem-solving.
∎ Have knowledge of pressing, folding, poly, and packing activities.
∎ Have knowledge of product safety.
∎ Have knowledge on different final inspection process of different buyers like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, H&M, and Primark requirements.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 32000 (Monthly)
