Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns across Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, IronSource, and other platforms
∎ Create and manage rewarded ads, interstitial ads, playable ads, banner & native ads
∎ Work with ad models like CPA, CPC, CPM, CPV, and CPTAnalyze user behavior, retention, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to improve performance
∎ Ensure ads are well-integrated into games/apps for the best user experience
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile advertising and monetization
∎ Experience with Google AdMob, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, Vungle, and Facebook Audience NetworkDeep understanding of different ad formats and mobile ad strategies
∎ Proven record of driving app/game downloads via in-app advertising
∎ Comfortable working with analytics, A/B testing, and optimization toolsSolid knowledge of App Store & Play Store marketing
∎ Strong communication and time management skills
