∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and [local language].
∎ Well-groomed, with a strong sense of professional dress and etiquette.
∎ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to think and act with a B2B (Business-to-Business) mindset.
∎ Confident and proactive personality with the ability to handle client interactions independently.
∎ Willingness to attend off-site meetings as needed.
∎ Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and communicate with clients in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.
∎ Represent the company at meetings and events, both in-house and at client offices.
∎ Coordinate between clients and internal management to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintain records of meetings, client interactions, and scheduling follow-ups.
∎ Support the administrative team with reception and front-desk duties.
∎ Travel to different companies/locations for meetings as required.
