Job Responsibilities:
∎ To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and
∎ attainment potential of individual students and following guidelines provided by the school and curriculum.
∎ Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
∎ Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan.
∎ Create daily lesson plans and learning activities for students.
∎ Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations and independent practice using a variety of proven methods.
∎ Evaluate student performance on tasks established by the standards using different methods such as observation, performance-based tasks or other standard test practices.
∎ Maintain a safe, orderly and supportive classroom by modeling expected behavior and standards, promoting positive interactions and quickly addressing behaviors that are not in line with the school discipline plan.
∎ Communicate with parents regarding student progress, potential and behavior periodically through phone or electronic means and at parent and teacher conferences.
∎ Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
∎ Advising and co-operating with the Head of School, Assistant Head, Heads of Department, Education Officers, and other teachers in the preparation and development of courses of study, teaching materials, teaching programs, methods of teaching and assessment and pastoral care arrangements.
∎ Contributing to the professional development of new teachers and student teachers according to arrangements agreed with the Head of School.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the School.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over English (both in oral and written communication.
∎ Candidates with experience in English Medium School will be given preference.
