Must-haves:

• Strong understanding of Cambridge IGCSE and/or IB Diploma curricula

• Deep knowledge of physics concepts, experimental design, and lab safety

• Ability to foster critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and curiosity in students

• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills

• Commitment to relocate to Narsingdi and serve at least two years

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience preparing students for international examinations

• Background in differentiated instruction and innovative assessment methods

• A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to extracurricular and enrichment activities

As a Physics Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP curriculum frameworks.

• Inspire students through inquiry-based learning, lab explorations, and critical discussions.

• Guide learners in preparing for both internal and external assessments, including practical exams.

• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique needs.

• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive laboratory environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the science department and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Participate actively in professional development and stay updated with best practices in international education.
