Must-Haves:

• Strong understanding of Cambridge IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Mathematics curricula

• Deep knowledge of mathematical concepts, problem-solving strategies, and inquiry-based learning

• Ability to foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and curiosity in students

• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills

• Commitment to relocate to Narsingdi and serve at least two years

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience preparing students for international examinations

• Background in differentiated instruction and innovative assessment methods

• Proficiency in digital learning tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, virtual labs, etc.)

• A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to extracurricular and enrichment activities

Key Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

• Plan and deliver engaging Cambridge IGCSE & IB DP Mathematics lessons

• Implement inquiry-based learning and encourage student agency

• Prepare students for IGCSE & IB DP assessments, ensuring academic excellence

• Provide individualized support to cater to diverse learning needs

• Assess and report student progress following Cambridge & IB guidelines

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership for student success

• Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and curriculum enhancement
